  • Seminar and workshop participation: name, contact email and, where a school or institution requests it, the name of the organisation.

3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)

  • Answering your inquiry and administering volunteer or seminar participation — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) or performance of an agreed activity (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Sending programme information you have asked to receive — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time.

4. No sale, no advertising profiling

We never sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not use your data for advertising profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not transfer your data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Recipients and processors

Data may be handled by our email and website service providers acting strictly on our instructions under written data-processing terms, and by public authorities where Lithuanian law requires disclosure. Where a provider operates outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. Retention

  • General inquiries: up to 12 months after the matter is closed.
  • Volunteer and participant records: for the duration of involvement plus 24 months.
  • Records required by accounting, association or archival law: for the period those laws prescribe.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Requests are answered within one month.

To exercise a right, write to info@siauliaidogclub.cloud. If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija).

8. Security

Access to inquiry and volunteer data is limited to the board members and coordinators who need it. We use encrypted transport (HTTPS), access-controlled accounts and secure storage of paper records at the registered office.

9. Cookies and analytics

This website is designed to function without advertising or tracking cookies. Only strictly necessary technical storage required to deliver the pages is used. If optional analytics are ever introduced, they will be announced here and requested with prior consent.

10. Children's data

Youth workshops are arranged through schools and legal guardians. We do not collect personal data directly from children; participation lists are held by the partner education institution.
