These terms set out the conditions for using this non-commercial association website, the status of our educational information, and the protection of our organizational identity and materials.

This website is operated by Šiaulių šunų mylėtojų klubas, a non-profit association (Asociacija) registered in the Republic of Lithuania under legal entity code 193123560, registered office Draugystės g. 8C Kaunas, 51264 Kauno m. sav., Lithuania. By accessing the site you agree to these terms.

2. Non-commercial purpose

The site exists solely to publish information about our statutory public-benefit activities: canine welfare, humane education and community outreach. No goods or services are sold through this website, no payment is collected here, and no commercial advertising is displayed.

3. Educational information disclaimer

  • All training, behaviour, nutrition and health information is general educational material published for public benefit.
  • It does not constitute veterinary diagnosis, treatment advice, or legal advice, and must not replace consultation with a licensed veterinarian or qualified legal adviser.
  • Always consult a licensed veterinarian regarding the health of an individual animal, particularly in urgent or unclear cases.
  • The association accepts no liability for outcomes arising from the independent application of general guidance to a specific animal or situation.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the site or its contact channels for unlawful, abusive, deceptive or commercial solicitation purposes.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its accounts or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Do not submit personal data about other individuals without their knowledge and lawful basis.
  • Automated bulk scraping or resubmission of our contact forms is not permitted.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, layout, icons, emblem and educational guides published on this site are the property of Šiaulių šunų mylėtojų klubas or are used with permission. The association emblem and name are our identifying marks and may not be used to imply endorsement, membership or affiliation without written consent.

Non-commercial educational reuse of our published guides is permitted with clear attribution to the association and a link to this website. Commercial reuse, resale or modification that alters welfare guidance is prohibited.

6. Participation in activities

Attendance at seminars, workshops, volunteer days and community events is voluntary and at the participant's own responsibility. Handlers remain legally responsible for their animals at all times, including identification, vaccination status and control in public spaces under Lithuanian law.

Links to shelters, municipalities, veterinary bodies or educational resources are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or data practices of external sites.

8. Availability and changes

The site is provided on an "as available" basis; content may be corrected, updated or withdrawn as our programmes evolve. These terms may be amended, and the current version always appears on this page.
